Charlotte’s official “Arts District,” NoDa is an eclectic but close-knit business and residential community where neighbors feel free to celebrate their life’s passions. NoDa, or historic North Charlotte, has always been a place where creativity and diversity thrive.
Originally, NoDa was a cotton mill town founded in 1903
